SILVERLINER RCB
- Comprises an aluminium foil faced structural stone wool section with an integral intumescent strip bonded to cover the exposed face
- In the event of direct exposure to fire, when subjected to heat, the intumescent strip rapidly expands and fills the air gap left within the void
- Two versions are available – closed and ventilated
- The closed version allows for movement of the barrier by incorporating a flexible seal
- The ventilated version allows for movement of air and moisture
